Starview help: Not sure if I need to update or not

    Been working for a long while fine, then suddenly a day or two ago I noticed SSposrts and some movie channels have ceased to work (scrambled bad channel etc).

    My system info is:

    STAR VIEW
    API ver : 4.00e_E
    Boot ver : 7.0
    7.Jun.2007

    Any help appreciated.

    try deleting the channels, then do a rescan.
    if that doesnt work try a factory reset.

    Tried rescan numerous times, will try deleting factory settings.

    Thanks. Going back to factory settings and starting again solved it.
