starview help

    hi i have got a starveiw box i have done a scan and found all channels but when i go to s-y sport 1 it wont do a data update can some 1 help me please thanks jane

    Is the emu switched on.?

    as said is emu on or lazy update 0%,change to a different channel and wait and see,if not set default key exit out it will update,or power off box at back then on usually works.
