Hi can anyone help with 2 small starview 3 problems please. A friend of mine has just got the starview 3 and all the channels are set up. He has 2 problems if he changes the channel on the TV when he changes back the screen is blank. He gets the channels back if he disconnects the scart and reconnects it. The second is a problem sorting the channels, when he sorts them and saves they keep the same number and revert back to the original position.
you cannot sort the channels on the starview 3 that is the way they come is the way you have to leave them as they are already preset into categories already as they are hard coded into the firmware also the blank screen could be down to faulty scart lead needs to be a 20 pin one on both ends
