starview key codes are wrong

    when i was putting in the new codes for the starview i wasn't paying full attention when i was on the key code.after i put in the codes for 00 i went back up to key code to move it to 01 but i inputted the start of the 01 code instead.now what i have is ff where 01 should be and all f's where the codes are.have tried typing in 01 then go down to put in the codes but the box isn't coming on.anyone know what i should or can do.many thanks
