starview menu

is there anyway i can get into the menu of starview box as i have forgotten the password and i carnt get into the menu thanks

 

here is the master pin ofr all starview boxs incase you for the pin you put in first day (master pin 1668) if it is the secrt menu its 1570

My starview box is stuck on first menu page it doesn't allow me to come out. CAn someone pls help..

 

Select English first and then continue with fresh installation
