starview no channels found

    can somone help. When I autoscan 0 channels are found. My ntl is working wuthout using the box. This happened wheen i restored factory settings as I done this before when the codes wouldnt work

    Try turning it off at the back. Then do another factory reset, for some strange reason, a lot of people are having to "factory reset" a couple of time before it starts to scan in the channels.
