    What provider are you on?

With regards to ordering channels to your liking. You can download the SVCE (Starview Channel Editor). You will find this in the link at the end of my post marked Eamos FTA Library. It is in the Starview Software Folder.

I have also uploaded an SVCE guide, you will find this in the Starview Documentation folder.

if u have a clone only put v257 fix onto it !
u need abin file to sort your channels out
but if u can spare 20 mins i suggest u do it manualy, less hassle.
try the freq at the starview link under my post for setan*a sports.
they may work , if they dont there may not be a way to get it !

Version 2.57eE fixed is the firmware that allows your Starview to automatically find the keys.

SETANTA 1 683.000 do a manual scan at this frequency.

:) No problem. You can find it in the Starview Firmware folder in the link at the end of my post marked Eamo FTA Library.

You will also find a Starview PDF Guide in the Starview Documentation folder. This will show you a step by step guide for flashing your box.

You will also need a null modem cable similar to this:
    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=L71BT&DOY=2m6

This is for reference only as you can get them much cheaper on fleabay.

You need the GTromloader to load the 2.57eE fixed file, you will find this in the Starview software folder of the Eko Link.

As said download the Starview PDF Guide, this will tell you exactly what you need and how to do it.

The SVCE should download OK, this is for oredering your channels to your liking. There is also an SVCE guide in the Starview Documentation folder.

LOL honestly just follow all my instructions and the Starview guide. If you have all the files and lead it will take you five minutes to flash the box. The SVCE is a bit longer dependent upon how you want your channels set up.

I am gone for the rest of the evening, but will be back tomorrow.
Just follow my instructions and you will not mess up your box, if you do we can have it back in no time.

So best of luck and it is easy, believe me :)

Sorry I am about to head off for the evening.

I know exactly what you done thats why I said download and read the SVCE guide first. The SVCE should not be downloaded to the Starview this is only to be used on your pc after you upload a channel list to it either from your Starview or if you download a channel bin file from here or elsewhere.

You now have four leds flashing across the front display like this ----. All is not lost as you will need to reflash the box. Please follow the instructions here for a bad flash http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/531363

As I said I will not be back until tomorrow but all the info is here in the link above. And as I say always follow the instructions, best of luck :)

tp = transponder, if that is what you mean. Regards donations I am not sure of that but I am sure if you send a pm to ddp or creaky, (site moderators), they will point you in the right direction :)

My help is free, so thank you for the offer either way ;)

Thats me so have a good evening.

I have found this from the owner of the site, drd, regarding donations:

Actually, as weird as it might sound, in Finland -- where AfterDawn Ltd is based -- it is illegal for individuals and companies to accept donations. Only organizations that have registered as non-profit are allowed to accept donations and as our website is owned by a for-profit company, donations are out of question.

Therefore, only and best way to help us out is to view pages with ads, buy stuff from companies who advertise on our site -- and of course, to promote our site to other people via word-of-mouth, via your personal homepage, via other discussion forums, etc.
