    Sound Problems

To get back sound channels ect just select the channel in question press menu,
select installation, select manual scan, click ok on down frequency.
It'll now scan for channels when its finished exit back to normal
tv viewing screen go to the end of your channel listing and the desired channel will be there with sound.
This can be done on any channel with no sound by just selecting that channel following the instructions above.
    Hope this helps

You do need to update , have you got a clone or genuine b0x because these use different firmware

Count the vents on top 18x7 = clone and 25x7 = genuine

    Fix courtesy of Jaysbee

Go onto the music channel that has no sound, then delete it,do a manual scan at the frequency it was on,once its back on at the end of your channel list, (you have already done this part if you followed Celt's advice). Go to the problem channel and press audio on remote and scroll down to ENG and press ok.

That will fix your sound problem.
