starview not working 1570 won't input

    I have a Super Box and can't get the secret menu by entering 1570. The API version is 6.00e and the boot version is 8.0. Any ideas why I can't get the secret menu to appear? Thanks.

    Make sure you have only entered the numbers 1570 once. If you think you have had entered one of the numbers twic by accident hit the exit key and then try again by hitting the menu key

    Thanks for getting back. I tried this already and it still isn't working. Could it be anything else?
