starview password

    is there a way of resetting this?ive sold my friends box and the buyer is saying when he presses MENU its saying password (normally 0000)buyer is also saying hes getting no signal any help much appreciated

    1668 is the master password.
    Make sure the coaxial cable is in cable input at the back of the b0x & scart is secure in the TV slot on the b0x.
