starview picture size

hi all when i go to some of my channels the picture size has changed to letterbox so i change it to full screen and it ok for the day but back to letterbox size the next day anyone have any ideas why im in uk using starvies box super with nov 30 firmware cheers

 

hit the blue button on ur remote

 

thats what i do but have to do it every day was just asking why it keeps changing when it never done it before
