Hi, I am trying to update a box for a friend (a likely story I know) BUT I am not sure exactly what box it is. I know its a Starview serial number NV6101785. Can anyone tell me what update and where to get it. Idiotproof if possible because like I said not my box and I never done it before. THANKS Peter
On the box itself it just says STAR VIEW on the left and DIGITAL RECEIVER on the right. Dont know if it matters but it has a two prong mains plug. Dont know what the packaging was like (as I said not mine) THANKS

I think a clone box is a disadvantage, as it seems genuine fixes have priority over clones. Rightly so.
