Starview power

Hello, i was just wondering if anyone can help,my Starview box will not power up, i have no visible lights on the front, i have checked fuse, plug, cables etc. i think it could be the power supply board, anyone got any ideas.

get the seller to send you another reciever as it seems to be faulty

 

This may seem blindingly obvious but have you set the small power button on the back of the box to on?????????
