Starview Problem need help

Hi, Not sure if anyone is here today. I bought a starview box for kids christmas, got it in early Dec, tried it out, worked perfectly. Put it away, tried it this morning. No signal. Tried factory reset, autoscan, emu on, etc. Still no channels. Anyone any ideas. I know its christmas day, and no problem if no-one logged on today.
Its the latest Starview Box, I'm on N*l in south dublin.

Sounds very strange-Go into installation and make sure 'Cable Network' is set to N*L then try an autoscan.

 

Also make sure you have your incoming cable in to "Cable Input"
