Hi i have 2 starview 2 boxes (the Box)on N** the cable is split to to 2 tvs and a modem and have both worked fine for the past few months, i have never had to update anything other than when i first connected.both tv s have now started pixellating and freezing, i have installed a new tv recently which was working fine up until the 12th november,i live in the north east of england....any ideas
It sounds like it's a fault on your providers side,it'll fix itself you'll just have to wait until your provider gets it sorted. Also could you say what API version is on your boxes ? you can check this by pressing 'Menu' on your remote and selecting 'Installation' from the list you may also need to update this.
