Starview Problem

i have a staview box that was working fine at first, now when i go into menu the parental control button in greyed out and i cant use it, i need this option to get to nagravision to enter my codes...has anyone seen this before?? any ideas

 

i would say u might have done a factory reset,autoscan ur provider,and emu to on.
menu .parental control ok ,info2004, key emu to on

thanks guys, tried that still no joy, when i try the code in factory settings it just brings me back out to factory settings again. parental control is still not hilighted!!! frustrating

 

The code for factory setting is 0000 or 1668
