hello people, i am having a little problem. i just got a new is starview box, everything working fine, expect i can not go to the secret menu to turn on the EMU key. i have tried 1570 at the menu. plz help

i have tried to update the firmw@re, but it stayed on download for 50mins now. my system information is API ver7:08e, Boot ver8:0, 18 april 2008. n e help!!!!!!
