Hi All, Purchased a Starview PVR, and updated the firmware on it. It now has "Ver 4.506, 15 oct 07" on it. When I turn it on im trying auto scan but "0 Program Found". I noticed the Level & Quality is both 0%, and when I go into Manual Install Menu it says "Check Connection". I also went into Parental Control and did the "i" 2007 and turned the "Autoupdate option" to ON. I have NTL Digital and it works fine in the room im trying the starview in. I now have the cable plugged into the Starview, and then outputted to the NTL Digital box and I can still get the digital on the NTL box so I assume the channels are coming in but just not being picked up by the box? Does anyone have any idea? Would it be possible for me to just download the channels from someone and update from the Hard Drive rather than scanning for them? Any help would be much appreciated. Hi First remove the supply cable from your NTL box. Only connect the Starview PVR up first. VERY IMPORTANT, Make sure the cable from your supplier goes into the Cable input socket (4 sockets together)at the back of the PVR and not the Antenna input which has 2 sockets together, also connect the short loop cable between the two tuner inputs at the back of the PVR. Then scan. When you have the Starview PVR working you then need to use a splitter to feed the NTL digital box. jbvid
