pls i need help,i had just finished downloading an update software from the GTRom on my starview digital receiver and when connected back to tv,it wont still show some channels,then when i powered it off,it refused to come back on,i have removed it from the mains,plugged it back in and pressed on and off botton but it wont still power on,its like the box is dead or broken,no lights on at all pls help.i have only had it for weeks.thanks
