Starview recording

    Advice please, I am about to buy Starview USB, cant spend any more time on failed attempts trying to download files onto my old boxes via serial cables etc. Anyway what do i need in addition to be able to record off of box. Or should i be bying different box.

    bear in mind ya can only watch what ya record, ya cant record sumtin and change chans, it dont work like that, its a single tuner box.

    ok. but what do i need to record what i watch ?

    a USB stick or a Hard Drive, a 8gb one is fine for general use, but if you are recording much go for a 250 gig or similar, they have them on ebay for little money
