starview remote control

    can any one help, my starview 1 remote wont work on it original but will work on my starview 2, cant access menu to change codes, baats must be ok if it works on the other.

    open the box and make sure the white ribbon from the lcd screen is firmly pushed down (make sure you unplug the box first!)
