I have a Technomate TM5500 satellite receiver and recently bought a st*rview box, progged it and hey presto! the full monty !! However, when I went to the TM5500, no progs, no satellites ?? I reprogged the TM5500 and when I went back to the Starv*ew. There was nothing on the starview and it was french language ?? Reprogged the sta*view and sh*t the TM5500 was down again ?? Then I noticed the remote control for the sta*view switched the TM5500 on and off and the remote for the TM5500 vice versa !! The moral of this story is to switch off all your other boxes when programming another - I'm with stupid for the second time ! This has been three days of hell !
Glad I was'nt the only one with this problem maybe it will save some grief for others with these two boxes Regards windlass
hello!!! im new to this but i heard this is a great site for starview box problems! recently my nephew lost my starwiev box remote now i need another one or need a replacement! can any1 tell me what i sould do? all suggestions will be much apprecaited! THNXZ
