starview $ sign

ihave a starview box most of the channels have a $ sign i have tried to go to a unencripted channel and then go to stanby as suggested but they still come back the same any suggestions also how do i do a factory reset im new to this please help

 

goto factory settings, put 0000 as password then ok ,then do a rescan, then goto parental guide ok,then info on remote,then2004 a secret menu appears scroll down ,make sure emu is on ,then exit and channels will update ,then ur on

I did what you said and the channels started updating, it goes to 500% then goes back to the channel and it still has the $ sign on it. Then starts updating al over again and keeps repeating that, any other suggestions to help get rid of the $ signs, cheers and thanks dayo.

you can get 3.00 here www.satdownloads.co.uk.once you update to 3.00 it will stop before 500% and you will have your channels.
