starview signal help

    Im on holidays in the waterford area and i brought my starview box, when ever i turn it on it just says it cant get a signal can someone please tell me how to fix this, thanks

    you need to ascertain what signal your on? Chorus MMDS? NTL MMDS or True Cable? You dont state where your coming from? The box may need to be re-scanned on the correct provider and if your box aint compatible with MMDS Chorus then you wont get anything on it. Bit more info is needed
