starview sound out of sync

I've had this problem for a while, the sound on channel 5 and nearly all the sky channels are out of sync, i've tried rescaning the channels did'nt work, my mate has had this problem too so we thought if we update our boxes it may solve the problem it seems to of worked on his but not on mine still out of sync, can anyone help

 

Delete the channels first and then rescan.
