starview sound problem

hi, all, i have a starview box, and i've recently done a rescan all is woorking fine, but for one problem,on the films i get naration, ie someone describing what is going on, does anyone know how to turn it off,, thanks wayne

 

Yes, press the loudspeaker icon on the RC and select another track.

hi, thanks that didn't work, but i've been told to have the tv on the channel with the naration on then press audio then press down and it worked, many thanks

 

Yes, obviously it needs to be on the channel that has the naration to be able to switch it off.
