starview sound problems

    Got a starview 7 and the sound quality is quite poor, anyone tell me if this is normal????

    try a different scart or make sure your scart is pushed in tight into your box & tv
    also check the settings

    Try putting the volume on the box up fully and use the remote for your Tv to lower it sometimes if the volume on the box is low it can have that effect
