    hi there hope u can help me got a starview super box and it says i have to connect it to a computer to download software, i have a laptop and the cable they sent with it is not compatible with the laptop. an acer extensa 4220. any ideas? thanks

    thanks got the cable but now i cant find the software (GTRom_Super_6.00e) could anyone help please???

    i seem to be having problems the front of the box says 0404 and the download wont start sorry im a bit useless with computers.

    Is the box in standby?that sounds like a channel number on the box.

    i turned it on it said boot, then load, then on ,then 0404 i pressed the standby button now the clock is on the display. still not downloading.

    hi karljd i got the GTRom_Super_6.00e to download last night now ive installed it but the only channels i have are rte1 2 and setan* sports irl all the others are saying scrambled or bad signal any ideas?

    Turn "key emu" on
    Set default key > press ok
    Exit to s*y sports & let it update.

    No kevin, you still have to subscribe to the basic package, which isnt too much to pay for free digital ;)

    im havin a problem with my starview the box super downloaded the gtrom_super_6.01e and when its says download complete it asks me for installation when i pick NTL its scans and keeps comin up fail on the TP....... and it goes from 1/22...2/22 ..and so on until it reaches 22/22 and says no channels found

    have you your coaxil plugged into the cable input on your box?

    i got it to work i was downloading the wrong version i needed api 7.05 not 6.01...i had the coax connected
