starview super losing channels after updating with new firmware

Iam having abit of trouble with my friends starview 3 super that it is losing channels she has no rte,netwrk2,tv3,tg4,sky1 or sky2.I updated it with the new firmware the time the boxes went down before xmas and that time she couldnt get ppv,adult and afew others so igot her 2do a factory reset and that solved it.The last week it has happend again and i put the lastest firmware on and got her to do a factory reset but this time the channels are still missing.Iam woundering could it be abad connection but it had no problems before.Has anbody else experienced this problem.she is based in galway and its got the lastest firmware on.thanks for help in advance.torres9
