Starview Super - Paying channels?

hey there everyone. Bought a starview 3 the other day. installed fine all channels worked etc. but now for eg the adult channels are comeing up that you have to pay and are not free. but when i first got the box they were working. any tips? cheers

 

what exactly are you seeing

 

just the advertisment. like pay a 5er for all night. but it didnt used to do it

 

They dont broadcast till 8 pm

 

i no that but even at 11.30 they dort work

 

any other channels not working,on same frequency?

Sorry havent got that far yet,Iv got FTA working but no other chanels what bin file shud I use with the starview 3 the box supper,and how do I do the autoupdate on parent-control hope you solve your problem can you help me thanks DJ.

 

scottie87.. Take a note of the freq's the ch@nnels that are not working, and then delete them.

Press Menu > Channel Edit > 0000 , Use your \/ /\ arrows to move it to the ones you want to delete.

When the ch@nnel is highlighted , press the BLUE button , then press OK , and OK again to delete , repeat till you delete the ones giving you problems.

When your finished , press EXIT and return to Menu

Either do an auto scan , and it finished,check the end of your list and see if they are there and working ok if not then do a manual scan on the freq's you noted down , and check the end of your ch@nnel listing.

 

You will need version 7.09 firmw@re for THE SUPR B0X found in "THE B0X SUPR" firmw@re folder.

That firmware (7.09) is only for the boxes with the extra output on the back and not meant as an update for the older super boxes as they dont have that problem

Any one that has the older starview 3 super needs to put the v6.01 back on their boxes

All firmw@re/loader can be found in the link at the end of my post marked EAMO'S LIBRARY.

Press Menu then 1570
Turn EMU key ON

Press the "Set Default Key" , press OK , Exit 3 times and tune into S*Y Sports and it should auto update for you

 

hi celtic do some have 2 rf and some have 4rf sockets or is it another socket u are talking about

Do I need to enter a bin file as well if so what is it called
