Starview "the box" 2 ? UPDATE CODE stuck @ 0%

hi all

in nw england and been away for a few days.

popped by 'the box' on and noticed a few channels were blank.. generally Sky movies.

Retuned and found most (and they worked) but Premiere missing.. so factory defaulted and rescanned.

after the scan,, I 1570'd and think I clicked on 'default key' in error before changing EMU

my box wont now update the code.... it just stays on 0% ..any idea's?

with it semi working earlier,,,I'm guessing nw england is not on Nagra 2/3 yet and that isnt the problem

Go to s*y sports & let it update.

worth flashing with an old version ,, then back to the new one?

 

press ok on set default key and try another channel
In Ireland works on Sky two

 

Try letting it update from channels that are on different frequencies.
sly2, or discovery etc etc.
The "update" stream doesn't appear to be active on all channels.

found the old thread from end of last year... kill keep messing and maybe keep it on sky all night

 

Have you unplugged it from the socket ? may need a power off, power on reboot. And your positive you have latest firmware ? look in system info on box, and compare it to whats in Eamo's library.

 

If you have the latest firmware, then s*y sports should work for the uk.

left it on Sky2 last night and started doing something else. at about 12.20am (after about 40 mins) it kicked in and all aok.

NThell must have been being lazy,,, as i normally see quite a few updates kicking in,,, slightly disturbing the picture.

any idea's on on Nagra 2/3 zap from our friends at VM. nthell in the UK? why are our lovely friends in Eire being picked on?
