Starview The Box 3

    hi guys this is my first time posting and hoping someone can be a big help

    this week i bought a starview box super 3. I am having trouble downloading the software to the box. I am using the lead that was supplied and a usb adaptor

    i have downloaded the file to my computer but when i try to download i get a flash fail

    i have tried going into device manager and under modems when i click the - there is a USB seriel controller D - wheni click this it says

    This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

    To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

    Please can somebody help me

    what do i do with the driver one of the files is a remove driver file what do i do....sorry?

    Did you get a disk with the usb adaptor?
    If you did then load this in your pc & follow the steps.

    Ok, on the link i gave you download the driver for your system - windows xp etc. Have a look at the right side of the page & you`ll see all the instructions on installing the driver. follow this & you should be sorted.

    thanks mate

    done all this it uploaded and then plugged it in did the scan then the 1570 and changed emu to on

    i am getting scrambled or bad channel on everything

    we are t£l£west that is now virXin and are in bristol - does this matter

    Menu > 1570
    Go to Set default key > press ok
    Exit to S*y sports & it should update for you.
