Starview the box help

Just received the box got channels but coming up bad or scrambled
firmware version is api vere_is 4.50e_E boot version 7.0 key emu is turned on .Connected to c**rus in limerick please help

 

Are you on MMDS, (aerial on your roof), or true cable?

 

true cable .Also have done factory reset and still no joy only 2--3 channels unblocked

 

How many channels have you got including the scrambled ones?

 

Appreciate the help 83 channels all together.

Strange cable is in cable in RF socket and your key emu is on with the right keys. Are you doing the scan from the direct feed?

 

yes every thing done from direct feed .What i have noticed is even that i am doing scan for c**rus that on the nagravison it is going to n*l. Would this have something to do with it.

 

OK do this press menu, type 1570 on remote and press default key. Exit out to any Sly sports channel and let it update.

 

stuck on update @ 0 % and not moving

 

repeated the process now working thank you last thing is there any way of opening any more than the 83 .
