Starview The Box PVR clone or not

    Hi

    I recently purchased a "THE BOX PVR" and would like to know if it is a clone or not before I start doing any flashing etc.

    I've seen references to the vent slits on the top of the unit for Starview and Starview 2.

    Are there any guides for THE BOX PVR on how to determine if its a clone or not.

    My THE BOX PVR has 16 banks of slits, can't remember how many slits per bank will check when I get home.

    does this sound original or clone ?

    No guides for TheBox PVR but :
    I'm pretty sure there arn't any PVR clones out, YET. Mine has 16 banks on top (14 slots per bank) and 1 bank on each side with 35 slots per bank. Had mine about a year and thats not a clone.
