Starview the Box - signal

    can anyone tell me how to gain the singal again in the starview The Box.. its not working all day..is any one elses down...

    i have retuned the box with the ntl calbe but its just keeps saying updating data and stays on 0%.. it oftens goes off and i retune it and its just updates it self..

    any help??????????????
