starview the box super no signal

    please help? I definitely have a live ntl feed as the d box works ok on it but the when (the box super) is connected the message comes up no signal is the tuner or transister blown i have read something on the line of (cap21) and (cap11) in one of the forums. Could somebody shed some light on it please?

    What appears on the front of box (LCD) and have you got the LIVE cable plugged into the Cable Input socket.

    time comes up which i can not change 12.07, the feed is definitely live as my d box 2 works ok is the tuner? all the channels are there and all the menues and emu is on.your help be much appreciated

    If you have the latest Firmware on GTRom_Super_8.04e. - then what you need to do is a Factory Re-Set and a Fresh Installation, making sure that you choose your correct supplier. Also it would be a good idea to exchange the position of the D Box that has the signal, to rule out any Line Feed problem, splitters etc.

    Hi ya- tried everything you suggested no joy. Looks like signal problems this is what comes up on tv screen any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Can i send you the box and see if you can sort it out for us?

    make sure starview coaxial plugged into cable input

    It's is plugged in cable input. Any other suggestion would be much appreciated!

    Hi guys- I think it's definetely the scanner is it repairable or do i need to replace the circuit board? Is any body willing to sort this box out for me for £25?
