starview the box super + sony home cinema

    Hello peeps just a quick question got a sony home cinema coming soon just wanted to know if it is pretty easy so connect the starview and run it through the sony surround sound as i know it has an optical out in the box but is the box in a 5.1 format?.

    If any help it would be most aprreciated.

    Mine is coming through it and i just use a scart.
