starview - the box super starview 3

I don't know if this has been posted or not I'm a bit of a novice at stuff like this, I got the box super today and its tuned most of the channels in except the s*y movies channels and se***ta sports one. I'm on n*l in Galway Ireland - please if you have any suggestions as to what might be wrong with it help me out

try a manual scan on 371.000mhz and 395.500mhz

 

thanks but its throwing up the same channels, no luck

any other suggestions??
