starview the box super unknown code

    got a box the weekend and it has all channels no problem.The only problem is that the factory code is not 0000.Ican't get into the menu as I don't have the four digit code .If i press menu I cant go any further.Any one know what I can do please

    Seems like the Menu lock is ON
