starview the box

    any help please just got a starview box (the One) and i only have some channels the ones with money signs next to dont work.

    Press menu, then system info and tell me what it says. It is a Starview called "The Box" I presume?

    Its ok found out its the 2.51 software need upgrade thank you anyway.
