Starview -The Box

Alright,
I got my Starview back from mates i lent it too, But all the channels are mixes as in Setanta as MTV listing etc.
Loads of the Channels aren't working, Do i need to do a Scan again ?

 

they changed some off the freq a month or 2 ago so probably wasnt ur mate yes scan again

 

or just go to the channels and re-name them and move them back to where they were

 

his channels not working doesnt matter what u name them that wont bring them back

Did a Scan under N*l but now have the channels are scramble and won't load at all. IS there something more i need to do, like change the Freq or codes etc

 

Did you do a factory setting ?

If so , Press menu then 1570 and make sure the EMU key is ON

 

I went to factory settings and it asked for password, i typed 0000 and it just gives me the Language nothing else.

So what next ?

 

english,select your provider and autoscan,when finished scanning exit out of system,press menu1570 and turn key emu off to on,exit 3 times.

 

Menu, factory setting
pin 0000
OK to DELETE
"Turn the box off for a minute then turn back on"
english > installation
choose provider
Auto Scan
Press OK
channels found
EXIT
Press MENU, 1570
Turn EMU on
exit exit exit

 

Done and Done, Thanks, i had that Info but thought it was only for start when you buy the machine.
