starview the box

hello have a starveiw the box when i switch it on it starts up with the 4 bars going across display on front and stops on last bar and it on does not come up on display any help please thanks

 

have you recently upgraded the firmware?

 

yes that is what i was doing when it happend

hi

i got 'the box' (starview 2) and when i press menu it keeps asking for a password but i dont know what it is. i have asked the guy from whom i got it off but cant get a hold of him. can i get around this

please help

 

iv tried all things in bad flash forums but stiil the same getin to download but when flash burning comes up after about 30 sec flash failed apears any iedas thanks

 

You more than likely have the Menu Lock ON

Master Code is 1668

To turn Menu Lock OFF

Press Menu > Parental Control > OFF

 

I had the same problem this week and I had to try it about 30 times before it worked for me , keep trying it , you will get it in the end
