starview the box

    Hi I'm totally new on here and just bought a starview box, hooked it all up and most of the channels are showing scrambled. Can anyone help? I am not good at this type of thing and havent a clue how to do it? Any help greatly appreciated

    Thanks for the reply much appreciated and it worked as well! Only now I have a message saying updating and it goes to 180% then goes back to zero and does it all again, I have lost all channels. Can anyone help please? Have tried rebooting and reloading all channels but nothing is happening.
