starview thebox freezing

    I have a starview thebox and iam getting scramble or bad channel, I have the 4.5 software loaded, and Iam on n**, can I load the 500e software on to this box or which file is the best to stop this from happening, Thanks for all your help in advance,I will give tha a go thanks, no that did not work

    4.5 is the latest firmw*re for "THE B0X" , Try turn your box off at teh back for a min and turn back on
