Starview update needed

    Hi all my starview boxs have being off line for a few months now because i cant contact my seller. Could someone please tell me how to tel if i have gennine box from a clone and how to uplate the software please

    Genuine boxes have seven lines of vents on the top of the box each line consists of 25 lines. If yours dont have this, then they must be clones. You might need to enter codes but I hope you know all the boxes are losing channels cos of the switchover to nagravision 3. press the menu button, press ------, the The provider number is ----. The key number is ---. The codes are -----------, GOOD LUCK
