Starview updating nothing happens no channels help

    Hi
    my starview has started coming up data being updated goes past 120% but nothing happensi have changed the key using keymaster which were new keys on 28/11/08 sill no luck. i then flashed it with crystar still no luck i then got told to flash it with 258eE then 257eE so i did but still no luck does anyone have the solution to this please my box is a starview 1 thanks
