starview updating

hi folks,could someone plz help,im trying to update my cloned starview box ive tried to download software but no joy im at the crazy stage now where my laptop or my box is out the window plz help

thanks for that,but wen i try to run the software i locate the file then press bin but stb model remains blank and i cant run the software
