Hello there I am having a problem to update my starview clone box. I have flash the box several time with the 17/12/08 core 257 fixed. All the download process is Ok. the problem is that it doesn't show the 17/12/08 flash message on system information. It just show the 16 august 2006 flash message. I only get freeview channel after turning the emu key to on. need you help
Menu > 1570 Go to set default key > press ok Exit to s*y two & let it update. The latest 2.57 firmware wont show up in system info.
ahhhhh s*y TWO???? this bit i wasnt doing either....cheers guys.i was a bit stumped after updating load of different model sv's for friends and family and couldnt get a clone running again. why is it that it only updates on certain channels?or is it a secret?lol
If i told you that i`d have to kill you lol. s*y two seems to have the strongest signal at the moment & it updates faster
If for some reason it doesnt update on s*y two, try some of the discovery, or movie channels & it will work.
