hi got my box today and i only can get 3 movie channels, all the other wont come on not even sports or even E4, the channels with the money symbols dont come on at all, also ive cant seem to get into secret menu by menu 1570-2004-0000-2006 ive tred them all but nothing, ive done all scans on all networks even manaul, i`am on tw, so any help please its doin my head in.

 

u need to update firmware as factory boxes no entry with secret code

 

Have you got a Starvi*w or Starvi*w 2 THE Box ?

Also press Menu > System Information and tell us what the API is please
