    Hi all,keep getting scrambled or bad channel only on particular channels ie s*y sports and set**ta ...any idea what i need to do please

    You would be better to do a factory re-set, and do a re- Installation, Menu, Factory Settings and work through, when finished make Sure you turn Key EMU back to ON, in Cas System Menu.

    thanks mate will try that...do i need a 4 digit passcode for that ? if so do you know what it is ?

    Press menu then 1570 turn EMU ON
    exit exit go to sly sports
    and it should say updating data %

    Or if its a factory reset simply press 0000
